Is there Free Parking?Yes, we have a Free Public Parking Lot directly across from the Studio at 118 Boiling Springs Ave, East Rutherford, NJ 07073 (https://g.co/kgs/y3yKdnF) or free street parking as well anywhere on Boiling Springs Ave.

Can I live stream from here?Yes! We have blazing fast internet and can stream to any platform. Book ahead so we can get your premiere up and running in a timely manner.

How quickly can I receive my episode?A live cut is available immediately after the stream . If further editing or social media clips are requested, those are typically delivered within 72 hours.

Is there Public Transportation from NYC?Yes, we have a Bus Stop 🚏 directly across the street! You can be here in as little as 15-30 minutes (depending on traffic). Just take the NJ Transit 160 or 163 Bus toward Elmwood Park via Meadowlands & Union City Exit bus at Paterson Ave & Lincoln Pl in East Rutherford (The stop after Paterson Ave & Hackensack St) and walk across the street to 98 Boiling Springs Ave Suite 1 Directions 🗺️ - Port Authority Bus Terminal - Ride 12 stops - Paterson Ave & Lincoln Pl - Walk to destination 350 feet (about 2 mins) - Arrive at 98 Boiling Springs Ave Suite 1, East Rutherford, NJ 07073

Will I receive all audio and video files separately?Typically, no. However, we do have the capability of recording all cameras and microphones individually for even more in depth editing if a project would require. If you would like to receive all isolated files, we ask that you provide the drive to record to. Our system only takes Samsung T5 or T7 SSD's. Please contact us for more info.

Can you help with uploading and promotion of the Podcast?Yes! Contact us for further information.

How many guests can I bring?We modify the setup to suit up to 4 guests for pre record or live stream.

Do offering bookings by the hour or less?No. 90 minutes is our minimum standard block.

Why would I need further editing?While the 'live' cut will satisfy most, we like to offer additional editing services so that your podcast can be as polished as possible.

What is the cancellation policy?If you need to cancel your pre-booked session with us, we offer a full refund if given 48 hours notice. 50% of booking value for 24 hour notice. Anything less than 24 hours out will not be refunded.
